Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general fabric PPMs and reactive works.
- Perform plumbing tasks including installing sinks and pipework.
- Execute carpentry work such as door installations and lock repairs.
- Conduct painting and decorating tasks.
- Manage tiling for floors, walls, and carpets.
- Handle exterior works related to car parks and loading bays.
- Maintain records of all work completed.
- Understand and comply with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
