Key Responsibilities:

  • Addressing day-to-day site issues and conducting weekly site audits.
  • Logging documents received from subcontractors into the site file.
  • Ensuring the project is delivered accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in managing multimillion-pound construction projects.
  • Background in M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) projects.
  • Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.

MEP Site Manager/Electrical bias, 12 months work, Tier 1 contractor, commercial build

Your new company
A large national building contractor with a commercia build scheme in North Leeds is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support with the M&E aspect of the project due for completion in summer 2026.
Your new role
Day-to-day duties will include but not be limited to:
Managing subcontractors, dealing with CPP and RAMS approval for subcontractors, liaising with the client, setting up of site, welfare
Area and site cabins, keeping documented site files, delivering pre-start briefs to operatives, dealing with day-to-day site issues, weekly site audits, Receive
Documents to log into the site file from subcontractors. Ensure the project is delivered accurately, safely, and on time.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be from a M&E background and have managed multimillion-pound construction projects previously. You will have valid SMSTS, First aid and CSCS
