Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist German

Summary: The Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist role is a temporary position within a Global Pharmaceutical Organization's Medical Information team, requiring fluency in German and English. The successful candidate will provide technical and medical information, assist with content management, and maintain compliance within the therapeutic area. Ideal applicants should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and a life sciences degree. The role is primarily office-based with some flexibility for home-working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical & medical information proficiently in the local language
• Research and generate responses for medical enquiries in English
• Assist with second-line content management activities
• Create and maintain Medical Information documents
• Maintain broad knowledge & understanding of designated therapeutic area
• Maintain compliance with relevant training, SOPs etc.

Key Skills:

• Life sciences degree and/or postgraduate qualification
• Prior experience within Medical Information (or other relevant activities) needed (1-2 years ideally)
• Proficiency within German (C2, mother tongue) and English is essential
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of the regulatory and compliance issues relating to the medical function
• Experience within a customer focused role / commercial setting
