Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead NorthWall's communications and brand strategies, enhancing its digital presence and positioning the firm as a trusted partner in private credit. This role requires a creative and strategic marketer to develop integrated marketing initiatives and produce tailored marketing materials. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with NorthWall’s vision and objectives
  • Optimise digital marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI
  • Produce and enhance marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, fund reports, fund overviews) tailored to different audience groups
  • Create and deliver high-quality thought leadership content, timely news updates, and engaging digital materials
  • Build strong cross-firm relationships and develop deep product knowledge for consistent messaging
  • Oversee NorthWall’s website and LinkedIn, ensuring content compliance and audience focus
  • Measure and report performance to guide strategy and enhance engagement

Role overview: We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our communications and brand strategies; shaping how NorthWall tells its story across markets, sectors, and strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, strategic marketer to elevate our digital presence, showcase our expertise, and help position NorthWall as a trusted partner and employer of choice in private credit. This is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and deliver an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with NorthWall’s vision and objectives
  • Optimise digital marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI
  • Produce and enhance marketing materials (e.g. pitchbooks, fund reports, fund overviews) tailored to different audience groups, showcasing the firm’s strategies and capabilities
  • Create and deliver high-quality thought leadership content, timely news updates, and engaging digital materials that authentically reflect NorthWall’s expertise, culture, and market insight
  • Build strong cross-firm relationships and develop deep product knowledge to ensure consistent, effective messaging across all platforms
  • Oversee NorthWall’s website and LinkedIn, ensuring all content is compliant, audience-focused, and delivered with a consistent tone and high standard of accuracy
  • Measure and report performance to guide strategy and enhance engagement across audiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing or communications within financial services (private credit experience preferred but not essential)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging professional content
  • Proven skills implementing marketing strategies, from developing a marketing campaign, execution of activity and measurement
  • Experience collaborating with agency partners when briefing through to execution, reporting, and post campaign analysis
  • Digital marketing experience essential, including email marketing and SEO
  • Experience using digital channels (LinkedIn, WordPress or equivalent) and analytics platforms
  • Strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail and an understanding of FCA or equivalent compliance frameworks
  • Naturally creative, idea generating, and prepared to challenge the status quo
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
