- Create engaging product and customer-facing materials

- Create impactful visual and video content to support product launches and education
- Manage and grow corporate profiles across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other platforms
- Use insights and analytics to track success and continuously improve content strategy
- Build and execute automated email journeys to engage and retain customers
- Monitor performance, test new approaches, and optimise accordingly
- Plan and deliver events, webinars, and customer meetups
- Run seasonal and tactical campaigns tied to wider commercial objectives
- Help launch new initiatives to engage key customers and gather valuable feedback
- Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing is aligned with real customer needs
- Own project delivery from start to finish – keeping timelines and budgets on track
- Manage external agencies to produce high-quality creative, content, and digital work

Key Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B marketing experience
