  • Manage and grow corporate profiles across LinkedIn, X, Facebook and other platforms
  • Use insights and analytics to track success and continuously improve content strategy
  • Build and execute automated email journeys to engage and retain customers
  • Monitor performance, test new approaches, and optimise accordingly
  • Plan and deliver events, webinars, and customer meetups
  • Run seasonal and tactical campaigns tied to wider commercial objectives
  • Help launch new initiatives to engage key customers and gather valuable feedback
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure marketing is aligned with real customer needs
  • Own project delivery from start to finish – keeping timelines and budgets on track
  • Manage external agencies to produce high-quality creative, content, and digital work
  • Report on campaign results and share actionable insights with leadership

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing experience
  • Flair for content creation and copywriting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
