Summary: Our client is seeking a Marketing Associate to enhance their channel marketing strategy and execution with EMEA mobility partners. This role involves managing marketing operations for retail and channel marketing, focusing on customer acquisition and retention while optimizing processes and tools. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across various teams to drive marketing initiatives. The position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to present key marketing programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market EMEA retail channel marketing strategy in collaboration with RL Category and Product Marketing teams.
  • Build programs to optimize awareness, trial, conversion, and retention of clients’ users across multiple products and services.
  • Lead and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EMEA retail partners within agreed budgets and KPIs.
  • Continuously measure, manage, and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency and recommend necessary tools and processes.
  • Oversee and manage channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance against metrics.
  • Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives, and business development teams.
  • Manage content and campaign activities across retailers ensuring alignment with brand standards and overall strategy.
  • Identify new channel marketing opportunities in EMEA and position them for review to drive decisions.
  • Coordinate marketing elements of scheduled marketing reviews, including performance across business channels and partners.
  • Deliver and receive feedback on sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.

Key Skills:

  • 4 years’ experience in Channel Marketing or a similar field.
  • Demonstrable achievement with a consumer technology brand.
  • Experience in building go-to-market strategies across digital and physical retail channels.
  • Experience working with online retail partners and knowledge of key advertising metrics (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS).
  • Knowledge in Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI) and inventory turns.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Effective conflict management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Experience navigating various organizational environments.
  • Ability to create and manage project trackers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with challenger/new business technologies.
  • Creative/Design background is a plus.
  • Experience executing a direct-to-consumer physical retail strategy.
  • Experience in bringing projects from concept to execution.
