Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and upkeep building services including heating, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, and fire protection.
- Collaborate with in-house teams and interact with building users and third-party service providers.
- Ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical systems.
- Participate in a staggered day rota, including weekends, and out-of-hours call-out procedures.
Key Skills:
- City & Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in a large office environment.
- Proficiency in 18th Edition IEE Regulations.
- Expertise in electrical testing and inspection (desirable).
- Understanding of L8 regulations.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and lighting controls.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and legislation.
- Competence in technical drawing, computer modelling, and IT.
- High voltage authorisation (desirable).
