Maintenance Services Engineer

Summary: The Maintenance Services Engineer role involves ensuring the efficient and sustainable operation of a prestigious company's facilities in the UK. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upkeep the company's building services, including heating, lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical distribution, water supply, sanitation, and fire protection.
• Collaborate with the in-house team and interact with building users and third-party service providers.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of the company's critical systems.
• Participate in a staggered day rota, including weekends, and an out-of-hours call-out procedure.

Key Skills:

• City & Guilds Electrical Installation Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Knowledge and experience working in a large office environment.
• Proficiency in 18th Edition IEE Regulations.
• Expertise in electrical testing and inspection (desirable).
• Understanding of L8 regulations.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and lighting controls.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and legislation.
• Competence in technical drawing, computer modelling, and IT.
• High voltage authorisation (desirable).
