M&E Surveyor - Building Services

Summary: The Mechanical Plant Surveyor role involves conducting stock condition surveys on mechanical plant equipment across various NHS sites in the Midlands, primarily in Coventry and Warwickshire. This contract position lasts between 3 to 6 months and requires travel to multiple locations, with some flexibility for remote work on administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stock condition surveys on mechanical plant equipment.
• Perform mechanical bias surveys.
• Travel to multiple NHS sites across the Midlands, including Coventry and Warwickshire.
• Complete paperwork and report writing from home or office locations in Nottingham or Birmingham.
• Ensure all work is carried out under direct supervision and control.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in conducting stock condition surveys on mechanical plant equipment.
• Mechanical bias survey experience.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Own vehicle and valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Midlands.
