Summary: The Local Marketing and Social Media Manager at Ten is responsible for connecting studios with their surrounding communities through engaging content and relationship-building initiatives. This role involves managing social media, creating local marketing campaigns, and supporting studio teams to enhance client loyalty and brand presence. The position requires a balance of creativity and execution, ensuring that marketing efforts align with the company's values and goals. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the manager will play a crucial role in driving footfall and engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Studio Managers to plan and deliver local marketing activity
  • Build relationships with local partners, communities, and businesses
  • Create initiatives that drive footfall, engagement, and client loyalty
  • Support studios with events, activations, and community engagement
  • Plan and manage Ten’s social media calendar across all channels
  • Create engaging content including photos, videos, and stories
  • Ensure all content feels on brand and speaks to the audience
  • Track performance and use insights to improve results
  • Plan and deliver events that support key services and business goals
  • Work with partners and influencers to grow reach and awareness
  • Support paid social activity alongside the Head of Marketing
  • Help launch and manage ambassador and community programmes
  • Ensure studio teams feel confident and supported with marketing activity
  • Share clear updates, resources, and guidance on campaigns and promotions
  • Encourage teams to get involved in content creation and storytelling
  • Support internal engagement initiatives and team wellbeing activities
  • Support the planning and delivery of promotions across studios
  • Set up campaigns and ensure everything is aligned across platforms
  • Help manage landing pages and ensure clear client journeys

About the role
At Ten, we help people move better and live longer well. Our Local Marketing and Social Media Manager plays a key part in bringing this to life.
You will help connect our studios to the communities around them. You will create content that feels real, engaging, and true to who we are. You will build relationships, drive footfall, and make sure our brand shows up in the right way both online and in person.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Studio Managers and the wider team. You will balance creativity with delivery, making sure ideas turn into real impact across our studios.
You enjoy being hands on, being in the studios, and understanding what our clients need. You care about the details, and you take pride in creating meaningful experiences that build trust and loyalty.

What you will be doing
Bringing our brand to life locally
