Eden Brown Synergy is recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Family Assessment and Support Team (SK FAST) at Lincolnshire County Council, based in Grantham.Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments of children in need of support and protection. Develop and implement care plans that address the needs and risks identified during assessments. Operate within a duty system to handle and allocate incoming work. Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide comprehensive support to children and families.
