Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, repair, maintenance, and replacement of computer systems, network technology, and other IT components (computers, network devices, printers, scanners, etc.)
- Analysis and resolution of errors/problems with IT components in the production area
- Utilization of diagnostic systems/measuring devices for problem identification
- Performing maintenance and servicing tasks on the aforementioned IT components
- Conducting software installations and updates on computer systems and IT components
- Execution, monitoring, and optimization of data backups
- Connecting/networking IT components to the production network
- Assisting/internet research for the procurement of new IT components or spare parts
- Documentation of repairs and maintenance work in various systems
- Inventory management
Key Skills:
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., IT specialist or comparable training) and specific professional experience in the maintenance and servicing of server systems, network technology, and other IT components
- Knowledge and experience in the support and management of application systems as well as data backup and archiving (operating systems: Linux/Windows)
- Programming skills desirable (scripting languages, PHP, etc.)

- Installation, Reparatur, Wartung und Austausch der eingesetzten Rechnersysteme, Netzwerktechnik und weiterer IT-Komponenten (Computer, Netzwerkgeräte, Drucker, Scanner usw.)
- Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern/Problemen bei IT-Komponenten im Produktionsbereich
- Nutzung von Diagnosesystemen/Messgeräten zur Problemfindung

Profil
- Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) sowie fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Serveranlagen, Netzwerktechnik und weiteren IT-Komponenten Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Betreuung und Verwaltung von Applikationssystemen sowie in der Datensicherung und -archivierung (Betriebssysteme: Linux/Windows)
