Summary: A leading law firm is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join its Human Resources team for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. The role focuses on developing impactful learning strategies and driving talent development within the organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to identify learning priorities and align L&D plans with business strategy.
  • Design and deliver blended learning programmes that support growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead coaching, mentoring, and leadership initiatives, promoting a culture of continuous development.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis, advise on trends, and implement tailored solutions using modern learning technologies.
  • Support new joiners and those transitioning roles, ensuring smooth integration and development.
  • Manage L&D resources on internal platforms and build relationships with external suppliers.
  • Facilitate professional qualifications, apprenticeships, and assessment centre activities.
