ITSM Engineer HIRING ASAP
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Onsite in Zurich
Rate: CHF 700 CHF 800 per day
Summary
You will work in an agile, product- and process-oriented team. In the SAP-PS and SAP-PPM environment, you will be responsible for transforming the existing applications in SAP R/3 into SAP S/4.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration in the implementation of a new ITSM solution.
- Management of our ITSM processes and their automation. You have a strong focus on incident, change, service request and configuration management.
- Designing and improving modern processes with a focus on automation via command and control
- Participate in planning and strategy meetings and assist in defining the organisation and service delivery.
Key Skills
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Scripting and automation: skills in scripting languages to automate tasks.
- Experience with API integration/development.
- ITIL and DevOps experience
- Knowledge of ITSM tools: Several years of experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Ivanti or BMC Remedy.
- Several years of experience with IT Asset Management and IT Configuration Management processes.
- Experience in managing IT projects and implementing ITSM processes.
- Languages: German & English
