Summary: The IT Support Engineer role involves managing business-as-usual (BAU) workload and providing first and second line support. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality IT support services. This position is based in Euston, Norfolk, and requires the candidate to be on-site five days a week. The contract duration is one month.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across hardware, software, Infrastructure and network-related issues through JIRA ITSM.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365, Active Directory and Windows 11.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and troubleshooting issues.
  • Set up and maintain meeting room AV hardware and other office network technologies.
  • Contribute to technology updates and develop ITIL best practices.
  • Providing support with additional IT projects.

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of Windows 10/11 operating system Administration and support.
  • Microsoft Stack including Office 365 and Intune Administration and support.
  • Office network technology including meeting room AV systems - Administration and management.
  • Active Directory Administration and management.
  • Using ticketing system to respond to portal requests User support.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary (Rate): £225.00 Daily

IT Support Engineer 1 month Contract London

My client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage BAU workload and provide 1st and 2nd line support. The ideal candidate will be personable with a professional passion for providing high quality IT support services.

Key responsibilities of the IT Support Engineer:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users across hardware, software, Infrastructure and network-related issues through JIRA ITSM.
