We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our friendly IT team. This role offers the perfect opportunity to start your career in IT, gain hands-on experience across a wide range of technologies, and work towards a recognised IT qualification. You’ll play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure across all Kimal sites, helping keep our people connected and productive.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing first-line technical support to staff across the business.

Apprenticeship & Study Time

You’ll complete a ICT (level 3) apprenticeship typically lasting 17 months. You’ll have 20% of your working hours (included in the 38.5-hour week) dedicated to off-the-job learning — such as online study, workshops, and coursework. Training will be delivered through a recognised provider, with full support from your manager and colleagues.
