  • Drive governance and decision-making through regular steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
  • Navigate the complexities of energy trading environments, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant.
  • Champion change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and business readiness.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive experience in IT project management within energy trading organisations or similarly complex, regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence at C-level, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Trading.
  • Strong understanding of the energy trading life cycle, market dynamics, and supporting technology infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading steering committees and governance boards.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.
