- Drive governance and decision-making through regular steering committee meetings and executive reporting.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Navigate the complexities of energy trading environments, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and compliant.
- Champion change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption and business readiness.
Key Skills:
- Extensive experience in IT project management within energy trading organisations or similarly complex, regulated industries.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at C-level, including CIOs, CTOs, and Heads of Trading.
- Strong understanding of the energy trading life cycle, market dynamics, and supporting technology infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading steering committees and governance boards.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are highly desirable.
- Collaborative, fast-paced, and commercially driven environment.
