Summary: The IT Service Desk Support role is a temporary position based in North Nottinghamshire, focused on providing first-line IT support to users within a busy organization. The successful candidates will assist with technical issues, manage support tickets, and ensure efficient resolution of IT queries. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be available immediately or at short notice and have access to their own transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries
  • Logging and managing helpdesk tickets
  • Supporting users with password resets, Microsoft 365, login issues, printers, and basic troubleshooting
  • Assisting with laptop and hardware setup
  • Escalating more complex issues to the wider IT team
  • Providing excellent customer service and user support at all times
  • Supporting a fast-paced IT environment with a proactive approach

Key Skills:

  • Previous IT support or service desk experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

IT Service Desk Support - Temporary Opportunity
North Nottinghamshire
Full Time Temporary Assignment

Up to £30,000 dependent on experience.

We are currently recruiting for 2 temporary IT Service Desk Support staff to join a busy and supportive organisation based in North Nottinghamshire.

This role will involve providing first-line IT support across the business, assisting users with technical issues, logging support tickets, and ensuring IT queries are resolved efficiently.
