IPT Defense and Security Manager

Summary: The IPT Defence and Security Manager will oversee the development and execution of defence and security projects for a major offshore wind developer in Denmark. This role involves managing compliance with Polish Defence and Border Guard requirements, ensuring project delivery aligns with time, budget, and quality standards. The manager will also lead efforts in integrating defence solutions and preparing maintenance strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders. A military background, preferably in the Navy, is highly desirable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and agreements with Polish Defence and Border Guard.
• Manage engineering, procurement, and construction within the defence scope.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of defence and security projects.
• Manage interfaces with other work packages for seamless integration of defence solutions.
• Prepare service and maintenance solutions for defence scope, including training site management and technicians.
• Lead or support compliance documentation for Polish critical infrastructure requirements.
• Identify and develop solutions for offshore physical security requirements.
• Support strategic Environment, Permitting & Defense initiatives for offshore wind energy coexistence with armed forces.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in project management.
