Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on structured product transactions, platform maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for notes, warrants, certificates, and funds.
  • Support platform expansion and negotiate distribution agreements.
  • Collaborate with product desks and sales teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and interpret regulations such as Prospectus Regulation, PRIIPs, MiFID, EMIR, AIFMD, domestic laws and regulations, to the extent relevant to the supported business activity.
  • Work on complex, cross-border transactions involving multiple asset classes (equities, fixed income, commodities, FX, credit).
  • Engage with colleagues globally to manage legal and regulatory risk.
  • Contribute to approval processes for new and innovative structures.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in structured products and financial services.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including Prospectus Regulation, PRIIPs, MiFID, EMIR, AIFMD.
