Key Responsibilities:
- Support the HR Lead with HR project administration across EMEA and US businesses.
- Collaborate with HR centres of excellence and HR Business Partners.
- Manage HR reporting and present in HR leadership meetings.
- Track deadlines and update project plans.
- Maintain all HR systems, templates, and tool kits.
Key Skills:
- Previous HR experience in a global matrix business.
- Solid project methodology experience.
- Ability to deliver projects on time.
- Experience working with HR Centres of Excellence.
- Strong influencing and engagement skills at a senior level.
