Summary: The Interim FP&A Manager role at a global, PE-backed business in Central London involves supporting Group Finance leadership in FP&A and reporting functions. This hands-on position requires managing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles while contributing to the design of a future-fit FP&A structure. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting consolidated monthly management accounts across multiple entities
  • Reviewing submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and interpreting group-level variances
  • Leading aspects of budget and forecast cycles, including template rollout and process design
  • Contributing to the design of a future-fit FP&A structure and reporting infrastructure
  • Supporting lender reporting through the creation and presentation of high-quality packs
  • Providing ad hoc analysis and insight to drive commercial decision-making
  • Supporting system selection and planning tool implementation

Key Skills:

  • A formal accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA/CIMA/CA)
  • Strong FP&A experience within group or multi-entity environments
  • Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles
  • Comfort reviewing, challenging, and interpreting financial submissions
  • A process improvement mindset, ideally with experience in transformation or first-time implementations
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced, private equity-backed environments
