Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the finance team's subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Gather and translate financial business requirements into NAV configurations or enhancements
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to optimise NAV workflows (AP, GL, Project Budgeting/Costing)
  • Support NAV integrations with systems such as Informatica and Pagero
  • Create and execute test plans, including unit and user acceptance testing
  • Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support for NAV processes
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes with NAV Support or IT
  • Ensure adherence to financial controls, audit standards, and data governance practices

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years in finance systems analysis, including 3+ years with Dynamics NAV
  • Strong knowledge of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting)
  • Proficient in SQL, advanced Excel, and reporting tools
  • Experience with system integrations and data migration
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 and SAP reporting tools (BW, AO, BEx)

Working closely with the Senior Manager, this role supports various external teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance consolidation. My client is looking for an experienced, system savvy Finance Analyst who is a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics Nav!
