Summary: A global law firm in London is seeking an Intapp Applications Analyst to oversee various applications related to New Business Intake and Conflicts. The role involves acting as the IT owner for systems such as Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms, while leading migration efforts to the cloud. The analyst will also engage with the conflicts and intake team to analyze processes and application features. This is a permanent position under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT owner of all applications and systems supporting the risk and compliance activities of the firm, in particular, Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms.
- Lead efforts to plan and migrate our existing on premise instance of the Intapp platform to the cloud. Identify new capabilities that can further support the business and present recommendations;
- Be able to speak the language of the conflicts and intake team in order to perform analysis of processes, application features and configurations, end user questions, etc; channels.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in an Application Support role in a law firm is essential
- Proven expertise working with Intapp Conflicts, Intake, Walls, and Terms experience and equivalent working with risk and compliance solutions required
- Ability to work with SQL Server, SQL development/queries, and reporting tools
- Must have experience of supporting, troubleshooting and configuring business applications (cloud-based and on-prem)
