Summary: The Insights Delivery Manager is a key position within the Data and Insights department at Reward, responsible for leading a team to deliver actionable insights and manage multiple client projects. This role emphasizes high-quality data delivery, technical client support, and stakeholder collaboration, while also providing opportunities for leadership development and commercial experience. The position is based in London with a hybrid working model, requiring three days in the office. The role is a fixed-term contract for six months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define & deliver agreed schedule of client insight products
  • Create clear, concise, and visually impactful reports and dashboards
  • Take the lead in resolving client issues
  • Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy throughout analysis and reporting processes
  • Partner with internal teams to scope new projects & provide regular status updates
  • Build and lead a team of high-performing analysts, providing mentorship

Key Skills:

  • 3–5 years delivering data solutions & products in a data-rich environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Science or a related field

Role Summary
The Insights Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role within the Data and Insights department. Working in a data-rich environment, you will lead a team tasked with delivering actionable insight, managing multiple client projects from start to finish, driving high-quality data delivery activities and providing data support to these clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to hone your leadership skills, complementing your analytical expertise while gaining significant commercial experience through client and partner engagement.
Responsibilities
Insight Product Delivery: Define & deliver agreed schedule of client insight products
Reporting & Visualisation: Create clear, concise, and visually impactful reports and dashboards to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
Technical Client Support: Take the lead in resolving client issues
Project Management: Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of insights products.
Data Quality & Accuracy: Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy throughout analysis and reporting processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to scope new projects & provide regular status updates
Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a team of high-performing analysts, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years delivering data solutions & products in a data rich environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Science or a related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities to draw meaningful conclusions from complex datasets
Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex challenges and provide clear, actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data handling and reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Technical Skills
Analytics Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms like Excel, SQL, AWS tools, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
Data Visualisation: Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar to create interactive dashboards and visual reports.
Reporting Tools: Proficient in using reporting tools to create and share insights, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
