We're seeking an Inclusion and SEND Strategy Lead to build on the strong foundations of inclusive practice across SEEAT's nine schools. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. You'll lead on Trust-wide strategy, training, and development, supporting school leaders to drive inclusive teaching and raise outcomes for every learner. This 0.4 FTE post can be structured flexibly across 2 or 3 days per week , offering a perfect balance between professional challenge and personal flexibility. You'll hold QTS, have strong SEND expertise, and bring a track record of driving improvement through collaboration and innovation. You'll also have access to a defined career progression pathway , including Trust and regional leadership opportunities. Travel across schools will be required, with the central base at The Deanes.
