Identity & Access Management (IAM) Manager - Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM)

Summary: The IAM Manager will lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise identity solutions utilizing Oracle Identity Governance (OIG/OIM). This role requires a blend of technical leadership and strategic oversight in IAM architecture, compliance, and team management. The position emphasizes hands-on involvement in IAM solution delivery and the administration of OIM environments. The successful candidate will also mentor team members while ensuring adherence to IAM policies and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IAM solution delivery using OIG/OIM.
• Oversee connector development, workflow configuration, and entitlement management.
• Customize OIM self-service UI and audit reports (Oracle ADF, BI Publisher).
• Guide development of custom Java components and SOA composites.
• Administer OIM environments (DEV to PROD) and ensure platform security and scalability.
• Define IAM policies, address audit/compliance requirements, and support escalated issues.
• Manage and mentor IAM team members.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with Oracle Identity Governance and Java development.
• Expertise in IAM architecture, ICF-based connectors, and secure API integration.
