Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Deliver and install ICT hardware and software in line with company procedures
  • Maintain accurate site documentation and contribute to the ICT knowledgebase
  • Ensure systems are patched and meet current security standards
  • Support LAN, telephony, and mobile connectivity solutions
