Summary: The IAM/Platform Engineer/Developer role focuses on automating application build, configuration, and maintenance within a Windows environment. Candidates are expected to have strong skills in Ansible, PowerShell, and GitHub, along with experience in a highly regulated global environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Automate application build, configuration, and maintenance within a Windows environment.
- Utilize Ansible, PowerShell, GitHub, and REST for automation tasks.
- Troubleshoot issues in a global scale highly regulated environment with a focus on security and resilience.
- Support large infrastructures at a senior level with Windows operating systems.
- Develop scripts using at least one scripting language.
- Work independently on tasks and communicate effectively within the team.
- Accountable for deliverables and adhere to schedules.
Key Skills:
- Experience creating PowerShell scripts from scratch.
- Managing code repositories within GitHub.
- Building automation tasks using Ansible.
- Writing APIs for parameter management between systems.
- Strong skills with PAM tools, preferably Delinea Secret Server.
- MS-SQL experience.
- Experience working with global teams in a large banking organization.
- Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault or similar Secrets Management Solutions.

Skills required (Previous Hands-on Experience)
- Creating PowerShell scripts from the start
- Managing code repositories within GitHub
- Building automation tasks to be deployed using Ansible
- Writing API's to obtain parameters or send parameters to and from target systems
Desirable skills
- Strong skills and experience with PAM tools, Delinea Secret Server preferred
