Your role will be to provide HR and Employee Relations support, working collaboratively with the Human Resources team to deliver high-quality services.Client DetailsOur client is a respected leader in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry with a substantial workforce numbering in the thousands, operating in the Leeds area.DescriptionThe interim HR Generalist will:Provide HR guidance and support to the businessSupport the implementation of HR strategies and policiesIdentify and address HR issues and trends affecting the business using a range of MIProvide support and guidance on a broad range of ER issuesFacilitate employee development and performance managementWork collaboratively with the wider HR team to improve HR procedures and policiesEnsure compliance with relevant industry regulations and legislationParticipate in HR projects and initiatives as requiredProfileThe successful HR Generalist should be/have:Extensive knowledge of HR practices and employment lawA solid understanding of the Industrial / Manufacturing industryStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a team and independentlyExcellent problem-solving capabilitiesQualification in Human Resources or related field preferred though not essentialAvailable to start immediately or on short noticeJob OfferThis interim HR Generalist role is a great opportunity to join an experienced and friendly HR team.
