Role: HR Coordinator - InterimLocation: LondonSalary / Rate of pay: From 14.50 per hourPlatinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a luxury property in the Mayfair area of London and we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator to join the team on an initial interim basis.What's in it for you?General office hours Monday to Friday, however offering PT hours on an interim basis only (minimum 3 days)Hourly Rate - Get paid for every hour that you work.Weekly pay - You get paid every Friday.Minimum 4 weeks, ongoing and could potentially lead to permanent for the right personPackageFrom 14.50 per hour depending on experienceKey Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate all aspects of human resources operations within the hotelManage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordinationFacilitate new employee on boarding and induction programmesMaintain accurate personnel records and HR databasesAdvise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practicesHandle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessaryCoordinate training and development initiatives for staffEnsure compliance with UK employment laws and regulationsAssist with payroll administration and benefits managementDevelop and implement employee engagement and retention strategiesRequirements:Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organisational abilities and attention to detailProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDiscretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedulesImmediately available with no prior commitments including holiday, notice and must have the right to work in the UKSound like the role for you?
