Summary: The HR Advisor role is a full-time contract position requiring an experienced professional to provide comprehensive HR support in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related queries
- Handle all aspects of employee relations (ER) including hearings, letter writing, note-taking, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- Advise and support on staff consultation processes
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and aligned with current legislation
- Manage and deliver HR projects as required
- Represent HR in internal and external meetings
- Work safely and comply with all Health & Safety policies
- Maintain and process personal data in line with Data Protection regulations
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist role
- Part-CIPD qualified desired
- Strong knowledge of current UK employment law
- Effective communicator, highly organised, proactive, and professional
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
