Summary: The HR Advisor role is a full-time contract position requiring an experienced professional to provide comprehensive HR support in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related queries
  • Handle all aspects of employee relations (ER) including hearings, letter writing, note-taking, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Advise and support on staff consultation processes
  • Ensure HR policies are up to date and aligned with current legislation
  • Manage and deliver HR projects as required
  • Represent HR in internal and external meetings
  • Work safely and comply with all Health & Safety policies
  • Maintain and process personal data in line with Data Protection regulations

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Part-CIPD qualified desired
  • Strong knowledge of current UK employment law
  • Effective communicator, highly organised, proactive, and professional
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
