Summary: This fixed-term position for 32 months as a Health Care Support Worker involves assisting registered nurses in delivering care to patients in the community. Job Overview This post is fixed term/secondment for 32 months to meet the needs of the service. Main duties of the job An opportunity has occurred to join the highly motivated District Nursing Service in the Anglesey locality. The role will involve the successful candidate supporting the district nursing team to care for those living in the community who require nursing care. Applicants should be enthusiastic with an awareness of and committed to the modernisation of the service. They should be able to work well within a team and also alone. You must be able to travel between patients homes both within towns and rural areas in a timely manner. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
