We are looking for a head chef at the newly refurbished, iconic Bow Street Tavern in Covent Garden, Central London! Bow Street Tavern is a vibrant pub set over 5 floors, serving the very best traditional pub classics and small plates. You'll be in charge of writing the recipes and creating stunning plates of food for all of our guests, developing the kitchen team and looking after all aspects of kitchen management. Fresh food experience is essential, our food vision is all about great British pub food with a twist, amazing Sunday Roasts so we are looking for someone to put their own stamp on this menu. A newly refurbished pub in Covent Garden, steeped in connections to the legendary Bow Street Runners, London’s first police force, this iconic venue, dating back to 1763, offers the perfect setting for all kinds of celebrations! What we look for in a Head Chef: This role requires someone that can inspire a team, to bring out the potential and lead by example whilst being able to develop, cost and produce fresh seasonal menus for the variety of revenue streams within the business.
