Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting into the Project Manager and Contracts manager.
- Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety.
- Keeping site diaries.
- Conducting tool box talks.
- Quality Assurance.
- Managing the labour and putting men to work safely.
- Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.
- Liaising with the client, providing weekly/monthly progress reports.
- Ordering materials.
Key Skills:
- CSCS card.
- SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
- First Aid certification.
- Experienced managing groundworks packages.
- 5+ years management experience.
