As Golf Operations Assistant, you will support the Golf Department in the delivery of an exceptional, luxury golfing experience throughout the season. You will support the Golf Department in a variety of operations surrounding the golf course, retail space, practice facility and wider club. We believe in having fun, you will assist in the meticulous setup, presentation, and daily running of the golf operation, ensuring every detail reflects the high standards of Taymouth Castle Golf and Sport Club. Assist with all the golf operational duties. People are our priority and together with the supervisors, you will create a world-class golfing environment for our guests to enjoy. You will work closely with our management team in developing the golfing experience and enhancing the efficiency of the overall golf operation.

Discover the role You take an active role in the golf operations team in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our members and guests. Resolve any guest concerns promptly and professionally and take huge pride in the golf operations, the opening and the closing procedures. Co-ordinate with other staff and guests to ensure services are streamlined. Identify any areas associated with golf and ensure they are kept clean and tidy, always staged and ready. The carts, practice facility, retail space. Support in the running of daily play and events and maintain our daily record of play and rental use. Part of a dedicated team, we do the right thing, ensure compliance by following course rules and regulations, as well as golf etiquette, always maintain a safe and enjoyable environment. Optimize the course usage; manage tee time, bookings, and ensure a steady flow of play and minimise any guest wait times. Manage any feedback from members and guests, you always ensure guest satisfaction. With any comments reported to the management immediately. Implement and develop workplace policies and procedures. Assist in the preparation and management of budgets and track expenses. Takes an interest in identifying areas of revenue generation. Action and maintain all associated RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) and MDS (Model Development Specifications).
