Summary: The Global Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for the organization through advanced sourcing techniques and market insights. This position involves managing the entire sourcing process and collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners to build strong talent pipelines. The role also emphasizes representing the brand positively and providing an exceptional candidate experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Manchester with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, AI technologies, and referrals, to identify top talent.
- Share insights on industry trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis to shape recruitment strategies.
- Represent the brand professionally as the initial contact for candidates.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand and translate role requirements to build strong talent pipelines.
- Promote the company’s purpose, passion, and promise, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience recruiting top talent for global/international positions.
- Knowledge of recruiting methods and strategies, including Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools.
- Experience in Boolean search, X-ray search, AI technologies, and referrals.

Additionally, you will share insights on the talent landscape to help shape our recruitment strategies.
