Summary: The Global Procure to Pay Lead is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Procure to Pay process within a global software company undergoing a finance transformation centered around a NetSuite implementation. This role requires a hands-on approach to define and implement a scalable global framework while driving improvements across procurement, invoicing, and payment processes. The position involves close collaboration with finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure effective adoption of changes across multiple regions. The contract is for an initial duration of six months, requiring onsite presence in Central London for 2 to 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a global Procure to Pay framework across multiple regions
- Identify process inefficiencies across procurement, invoicing and payment processes
- Lead NetSuite process design and optimisation for Procure to Pay
- Drive improvements in invoice processing, payment cycles and working capital
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement and Operations to align priorities
- Influence stakeholders and drive adoption across global teams
- Operate across international time zones, including APAC where required
Key Skills:
- Proven experience leading Procure to Pay transformation within complex organisations
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, procurement and supplier management processes
- Experience working on ERP implementations, ideally NetSuite
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive change without heavy support
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and outcomes

We are looking to recruit a Global Procure to Pay Lead for a global software company. My client are undergoing a global finance transformation, centred around a NetSuite implementation.
This is an initial 6 month contract working 2/3 days a week onsite in Central London.
This role will take ownership of the end-to-end Procure to Pay process, with a focus on defining and embedding a scalable global framework. The current environment is fragmented and inefficient across procurement, invoice processing and supplier payments, and requires a hands-on individual to drive meaningful change.
This is not a design-only role. You will be expected to operate as a "doer", working closely with finance, procurement and operational teams to implement improvements, challenge existing processes and ensure adoption across multiple regions.
