Key Skills:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or has relevant teaching experience
  • Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs (preferred)
  • Is calm, resilient, and able to think on their feet
  • Has strong behaviour management skills and a consistent approach
  • Demonstrates empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable learners
  • Is flexible and confident delivering a range of subjects
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service or the willingness to obtain one
