As one of our Team Leaders, your role will include providing great customer service, along with supporting the Manager and mentoring our retail customer advisors, ensuring all our customers receive a positive experience once they set foot in the department. You will be working across the Centre being involved with planning and building all our seasonal changes. You will have a positive “can do” attitude and be a skilled Supervisor driving the team through great standards and exemplary customer service Responsible for the efficient operation of a quality service operation through supervisory and administrative work in the till department. Must be fully flexible with weekend working. Will include early and late working shifts.

Receive complaints and resolve problems in a calm and confident manner. Confidently communicate with external and internal customers. Ensuring adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
