Project is a retail store refurbishment on a 9-10 week contract, starting End of April 2026. This project is yet to be confirmed whether it is day or night shift. Works will include fixing a spine wall connected lift shaft, cladding, M&E, and some groundworks. The manager needs to have previous retail/shop refurbishment experience and be prepared to work some weekends/longer hours should the project require.
