Summary: The role of Interim / Fractional Marketing Director involves leading the marketing strategy for a founder-led SME in the West Midlands during a growth phase. Interim / Fractional Marketing Director West Midlands | 1 to 2 days onsite preferred Outside IR35 | Day Rate DOE

We are supporting a founder led SME entering an exciting growth phase and looking to appoint an Interim / Fractional Marketing Director to help take the business to the next level. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. The business is looking for a commercially minded marketing leader who can shape strategy while remaining hands on in delivery. This is not a purely advisory role. They need someone who can take ownership, create structure and build scalable marketing capability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go to market strategy
