FP&A Manager

Summary: The FP&A Manager role is a 4-month fixed-term contract focused on driving annual planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics for major frozen food brands. The position involves overseeing month-end close processes, enhancing data governance, and developing forecasting models while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in production planning and reporting, along with strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the close of month end, including preparation of monthly data reporting packages and analysis of key KPIs.
• Review data from multiple systems and stakeholders, providing commentary and supporting FP&A Analysts in identifying trends.
• Conduct analysis and variances to prior periods, developing recommendations for leadership and finance business partners.
• Enhance data governance processes to improve data quality and integrity.
• Run simulations of various "what-if" scenarios to evaluate and recommend solutions.
• Develop forecasting models and own relevant country information for accurate data reporting.
• Review quarterly performance analytics and produce routine and ad hoc financial models for decision making.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in production planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Experience with planning systems and reporting technology.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data visualizations.
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and thinking.
