We are seeking a proactive and delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the Reporting workstream within our Finance Transformation programme. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of a standardised reporting framework that improves the accuracy, consistency, and usability of financial reporting across the organisation. The post holder will work closely with the Finance Transformation Lead, Right First Time and Planning & Forecasting workstream managers, and wider finance teams to catalogue reporting requirements, streamline reporting processes, and support the creation of automated, user-friendly reporting solutions. A key focus will be on improving internal and external reporting templates, aligning outputs with stakeholder needs, and embedding a culture of data-driven decision-making. This is a hands-on role requiring strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving transformation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and delivering measurable improvements in reporting efficiency and quality.
Full Time Salary £47,792.23 - £51,101.95 pro rata Hours Full Time, 37.5 per week Contract Type 12 Months Fixed Term Closing Date 9th Nov 2025 Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
