Summary: Eden Scott is seeking a Finance Analyst for a six-month fixed-term contract with a prominent Scottish organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement improvements within the newly adopted cloud-based accounting system to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
- Analyse and resolve issues arising from the implementation of a new billing system to ensure smooth financial operations
- Reconcile financial reports to detect anomalies, investigate discrepancies, and prepare journal entries to correct financial data in the system
- Assist with billing processes, including invoice preparation, validation, and coordination with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
Key Skills:
- Good experience across billings and testings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent IT literacy with experience of working with cloud-based accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail skills
