- Provide strategic leadership across Supported Housing, General Needs Housing, Customer Services, Asset Management, Compliance, and Safeguarding.

- Build strong relationships with partners, regulators, and stakeholders.

- Lead by example and demonstrate sound judgement and operational insight.
