Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Global Head of Tax, Head of Group Tax, and the Board in London for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. Key responsibilities include extensive calendar management, travel arrangements, and coordination of Board meetings and events. The role also involves business assistance, communication management, and general EA duties. This position offers a base salary of £70,000 with the potential for a 20% bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, calls and meetings.
  • Arranging national and international travel and itineraries.
  • Arrange & ensure smooth running of the Board meetings, events, AGM, Strategy day and annual oversea trip for all 12 members of the Board.
  • Oversea co-ordination of annual results and roadshows, manage RNS communications and point of contact for key external parties.
  • Organising team and business area events including seminars, lunches and dinners.
  • Business assistance including formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Extensive email, video conference (MS Teams) and phone liaison externally and internally.
  • General EA duties including completing expenses, onboarding new joiners and taking actions.
  • System and data management support including updating the HR system with absence and holidays, updating contacts and system filing.
  • Ad hoc duties as required including support and cover for other EAs.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Executive Assistant to support our Global Head of Tax, Head of Group Tax, and the Board in London. This role is for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with a base salary of GBP 70,000 + up to 20% Bonus.
