Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Group Investment Director, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Group Investment Director, managing complex calendars and prioritizing tasks.
- Coordinate with the Business Manager to ensure alignment on tasks and responsibilities.
- Manage the Director's inbox and ensure efficient communication flow.
- Prepare daily summaries of actions to keep the Director informed of outcomes and pending tasks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and preparing executive-level documents.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Board-level Director or C-suite executive.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex calendars.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing executive-level documents.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft packages and calendar management tools.
