Summary: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Group Investment Director, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring efficient communication. This role demands exceptional organizational skills and discretion in handling sensitive information. The position involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders and preparing executive-level documents. The contract is temporary, lasting for three months with a hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Group Investment Director, managing complex calendars and prioritizing tasks.
  • Coordinate with the Business Manager to ensure alignment on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Manage the Director's inbox and ensure efficient communication flow.
  • Prepare daily summaries of actions to keep the Director informed of outcomes and pending tasks.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, managing correspondence and preparing executive-level documents.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a Board-level Director or C-suite executive.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage complex calendars.
  • Excellent communication skills for preparing executive-level documents.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft packages and calendar management tools.
