Summary: The role of an Estate Surveyor involves managing the Clients extensive HRA Commercial portfolio, focusing on rent reviews, lease renewals, and new lettings of vacant properties. The position is based in Southampton and operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. The successful candidate will be compensated at a rate of £40.00 per hour, paid weekly via an umbrella company. This is an ongoing contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out rent reviews for commercial properties.
- Manage lease renewals for existing tenants.
- Facilitate new lettings of vacant properties.
