• Assist Clients: Address all Digital and Mobile Banking-related questions, e.g., Digital Activation for E/Mobile Banking
• Engage Clients: Provide a personalized E/Mobile Banking experience
• Showcase Digital Solutions: Conduct remote 1:1 e-banking sessions
• Other Support Migration Tasks: Assist with other tasks related to the migration support to ensure a smooth transition for clients
